It's all good, from Diego to the Bay!

Happy New Year! Now, that's over and done with, its time to move on too more important news.

Weed is legal to sell in CALIFORNIA!

Under the new law, businesses are allowed to sell the miracle weed (in all its wonderful forms) without the need for a doctor's note. Cities like: Los Angeles, West Hollywood, San Francisco, Oakland, San Diego, Santa Cruz and San Jose will allow for recreational sale. But Riverside, Fresno, Bakersfield, Pasadena, and Anaheim will have to wait for the green (no pun) light for recreational sells, so, for now, they maintain only a medicinal license.

Here are the other rules for Prop 64.

Additionally, there's an age requirement of 21 and over is permitted along with a weight maximum of one ounce for recreational use.  You are allowed up to six plants to be grown legally at any given time. You still can't light up in public places like public schools and playgrounds — and wherever cigarette smoking is prohibited. Lastly, smoking while driving is still prohibited, duh.

California (West Coast), knows how to party (yes, it is)
